Shipping and FAQ's

Handling time:
All packages have a handling time of 1-3 days depending on the purchase date. This includes overnight shipments. We do try to mail them as quickly as possible, usually the next day. Please keep this in mind when you need a rush package. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions or need a package rushed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Email:
We answer email Monday through Friday. If you send an email over the weekend it will be answered Monday or Tuesday in the order it was received.

Payment types:
We accept pay pal, its free and easy to use. E check orders will be shipped after the E Check clears. Other forms of payment are money orders and international money orders. The shopping cart handles both types of orders. Simply select your payment type at checkout.

Special Order Items:
While most of the items on our website are in our wearhouse and ready to ship some are not. Special order items must be ordered directly from larger wearhouses and sent to us to ship to you. Because of this they have a 1-2 week handling time while we wait for the shipment. If you have any questions about special orders please send us an email.

Out of Stock Items:
Rare, though possible, an item can be out of stock and still appear in the shopping cart. If this does happen we will try to get the item to you as quickly as possible. If we can no longer get the item you will be issued a refund.
